Platform and workstation footage.

Short recordings of Arkite on real workbenches: projected instructions, 3D validation of picks and assembly steps, in-process inspection and integration with smart tools and PLCs.

Three levels

One software core, three validation depths.

The first three videos follow the maturity levels of the platform. GUIDE projects step-by-step instructions on the workbench. VALIDATE adds real-time 3D validation of every pick and assembly action. VISION adds in-process inspection of the product itself.

Each level includes everything in the level below, and different workstations in one plant can run different levels on the same Arkite server.

Platform explainer

How the Arkite platform works across a plant.

From engineering and MES jobs to guided workstations and production data.
Arkite GUIDE

Digital work instructions with AR projection.

Instructions projected directly on the workbench and shown on the operator screen, confirmed step by step.

Arkite VALIDATE

Real-time 3D operator validation.

The Arkite 3D sensor verifies that each pick and assembly action is performed correctly and in the right sequence before the workflow continues.

Arkite VALIDATE: every action checked by the 3D sensor.
Arkite VISION

In-process product inspection.

A high-definition Arkite Vision sensor checks presence, orientation and position of components during assembly, before the next step starts.

Arkite VISION: inspection during assembly, not after it.
Integration

PLC and smart tool integration.

The workstation communicates with the line PLC and with a smart tightening tool: the tool is enabled for the correct step and the torque result is validated and logged.

Inspection

Product inspection with the integrated Vision sensor.

Missing, misplaced or incorrectly oriented components are detected at the workstation and reported to the operator with a rework path.

Component-level checks with the Arkite Vision sensor.
Operators

Multi-language operator guidance.

Instructions appear in the language of the logged-in operator, and the language can be switched at the workstation without changing the project.

More footage

From pilot workstations to production lines.

Arkite also records installations at manufacturers across automotive, electronics, machinery and logistics. These recordings are shared on request and during demonstrations.

01

Assembly lines

Guided and validated assembly of high-variant products, with PLC interlocks that hold the line until every component is placed correctly.

02

Packaging and kitting

Light-guided pick and place of components into boxes and kits, with each action logged for traceability.

03

Sheltered and mixed-skill workplaces

Visual, step-by-step guidance that lets operators with different backgrounds and languages work to the same validated standard.
